At Dry firewood for sale nz, we take pride in supplying high-quality, properly seasoned firewood. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to be fair, transparent, and compliant with New Zealand consumer law.

Quality Guarantee

All firewood is supplied as dry, ready-to-burn firewood. If you believe your order does not meet this standard, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue.

🔥 Refunds & Replacements

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The firewood supplied is significantly wet or unusable

  • The quantity delivered is substantially less than ordered

  • The incorrect product was delivered

Evidence such as photos or videos may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

🚚 Delivery Conditions

Once firewood has been delivered and unloaded, it is considered accepted unless a quality issue is reported within the stated timeframe. Firewood exposed to rain, ground moisture, or improper storage after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

❌ Change of Mind

Due to the nature of firewood sales:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

  • Firewood cannot be returned once delivered and unloaded

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

⚖️ Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand law. If a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
